…in Bed

I do not remember who taught me how to improve fortune cookies, but whoever it was has provided additional amusement in my life many times. Fortune cookie messages can be funny if they happen to have a timely message, but usually they are rather generic and banal. To improve your fortune, add the phrase “in bed” to the end of the message.
Today my fortune read:
You are going to have a very comfortable old age (in bed).

Prague worsteds place to live .
21 April 2008Prague became the worsteds place on the earth, A major realizing strange social experiment.
There is strange experiment with parking, the huge area of the city was regulated parking only for residents they didn’t build any parking for commuters and other visitors, and rules who can to buy parking a card are stupid.
People which live in Prague are divided to 2 parts,
- Residents which are registered as voters, this people can buy parking card for 30E
- Resident which are not registered as voters.(they live in rented flat but they are registered in other city), this people can’t buy any parking card.
:( really democratic sollution.
There are strange secondary problems,
- Shops and pubs in these areas losing customers.
- Craftsmens refusing orders from this areas, they have to pay huge fees for parking(120Czk for 2 hours cca 5E), and this parking cards are only available at Citi Hall.
- There is huge problem with parking in other parts of the city, cars only moved few mile away. And problem became bigger; Citi hall solution is expand this parking zones to the rest of the city.
- There is huge problem to find any parking even for a 3E a hour.
So because I haven’t aby chance to buy parking card or park in same pay parking, I hought a parking set, huge chain.
I expected that from time to time I will pay some penalty, but I didn’t pay any penalty jet. 
PS It’s a temporary solution, in the near future I’m going to move far away, to better country(Gernamy, Belgium, Uk)
